Welcome to my
fractal world.
I am a multi-passionate wonderer and wanderer driven by avid curiosity and introspection.
I believe that engaging authentically with ourselves, and therefore each other, is at the foundation of living fully and making meaningful change. It starts by asking ourselves big questions. How we answer those questions, personally and in community, gives us the guidance we need to make the change we seek.
This digital world is one of the fractals I use to ask these questions and integrate fleeting answers, through photography of my travels, art experiments, pontifications, and offerings. It is a curation of my many wonderings and wanderings, and, I hope, a space that invites visitors to awaken their own curiosity.
Over the past two+ decades, I have lived and worked in 8 countries and traveled in over 40 others, taken on many roles in the nonprofit sector - from strategic planning and fundraising to diversity initiatives and volunteer coordination - and became certified in Dialogue Education facilitation, teaching yoga (200-RYT), and in teaching mindfulness meditation.
I am currently in Jonathan Foust’s Year of Living Mindfully program and pursuing my 300 hour yoga training (I really don’t know how to exist without being in some kind of training!) My other passions include: octopuses, reading multiple books at a time, watching nature and universe documentaries, taking care of my 50+ house plants, and cuddle puddling with my doggos.
I am a fierce introvert who is willing to try almost anything at least once. I believe nothing is fixed, that everything and everyone is a spectrum of expression and experience, and will readily engage in (friendly) debate. I love paradox and certainty, best illustrated by fractal spirals - packing infinite complexity into finite space.
